We do recommend appointments prior to any visit with us; whether it be surgery or regular office exams.  We understand that sometimes emergencies arise, or scheduling conflicts happen and a walk-in is necessary.  Walk-in exams are subject to an additional charge of $11.  So, yes, appointments can save you time and money.

For new clients, we recommend arriving 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork.  Filling out your client information online will also speed up your check-in process.  You may access the form here. (It will download & you can bring it in with you)

Apart from emergencies, all surgical procedures should be scheduled ahead of time.

If your pet has records from a previous vet, it would be to their advantage to have those available for us.  You can have them e-mailed to us, or if you have the hard copy feel free to bring it with you at your appointment.
